dr told me my 6 month baby has fluid in his ear and not to get water in while bathing him how can i dry this up as dr did not explain to me very well?

Misinformed?: A 6 month old with fluid in the ear sounds like an inner ear infection or otitis media as this is more common. These are treated with a course of antibiotics. If however the ear drums rupture causing fluid into the outer canal then avoiding water into the ear is encouraged. So seek clarification.
