See a dermatologist: Unfortunately there aren't any over the counter medications that treat lichen planus. There are, however, treatments that your dermatologist can prescribe that will improve the condition.

Lichen planus: Lichen planus can last for years and spontaneously clear up and then come back. Most otc meds are some sort of topical steroid preparation.

OTC steroid cream: Otc are low strength and take longer to work, if at all. See a dermatologist to help manage your condition.
