No, but...: While the answer to the question is no, there are some medical semantics that are important to note. Some people call tingling, parasthesias, and mild neuropathic pain numbness. In that case, if there is an irritating feeling that is associated with the numbness, there are medications which can dull that feeling, such as Gabapentin or Cymbalta (duloxetine) (and many more).
