Two different cures: Central tears of the TFCC are treated with arthroscopic debridement as the central portion does not have adequate blood flow to heal. The S-L ligament sometimes responds to arthroscopically guided percutaneous pinning, often requires repairer reconstruction to include dorsal capsulodesis.
