Be careful: If a fringe practitioner has told you that you have "adrenal exhaustion" (this is now a fad diagnosis based on saliva testing which is actually just a screen), get with an evidence-based practitioner before accepting the diagnosis. Your fatigue may have a physical or emotional cause instead.
