i've a 7cm adrenal adenoma in my right adrenal gland.i also have high bp, but all tests result ok.lately my urine smells like vitamins.what should i do?

Check w/doctor: An adenoma that large definitely needs a full evaluation and consideration for possible surgery if indicated. If you also have a history of a pituitary adenoma, you definitely need an intensive work-up by a qualified endocrinologist. I doubt that the urine smell is associated with your other potential problems.
