Check w/doctor: An adenoma that large definitely needs a full evaluation and consideration for possible surgery if indicated. If you also have a history of a pituitary adenoma, you definitely need an intensive work-up by a qualified endocrinologist. I doubt that the urine smell is associated with your other potential problems.
