Supplements: Low Vit D can cause fatigue. Adequate sodium is necessary for your body to work properly.. as is iodine (added to table salt, to maintain thyroid health). May need supplements to correct, follow up with a knowledgeable Dr for re-eval.

High and low: The first thing to do is find out why these have happened. If you know about the high B12, low vitamin D, and low sodium surely your doctor has advised you how to best take care of this. Your doctor should also be monitoring the effects of the treatment. If that is not happening a referral to a nephrologist would be a good idea - actually a must!
