Many possible causes: Pain during and after intercourse is a complex problem with many possible causes such as: Infection; endometriosis; prolapse of the uterus, bladder or rectum; tumors; fibroids; etc. If this problem is persistent, you need an evaluation by an Ob/Gyn or pelvic pain specialist.
