Pelvic pain: The severity of the pain indicates a serious underlying condition which needs an immediate gyn exam.You should get blood work and a sonogram at the least.It could be pelvic inflammatory disease or a ruptured ovarian cyst or a ruptured tubal pregnancy or appendicitis.
