Yes: 21 is an acceptable age to have laser eye surgery, so long as your eye glass or contact lens prescription has remained stable. You need a pre-operative evaluation by an experienced refractive surgeon to make sure your eyes meet the standards to make you a good candidate. Most lasik surgeons do not charge for the initial examination.
