Maybe, Maybe not: It could be, but i would need to know more, from history to presentation and physical exam to be sure. It could also be from blood flow issues, unusual things like raynauds, or a few other things. Nerve damage can present this way, but temperature fibers are usually affected shortly after sensation, so if you still have full sensation, it might not be neuropathy. Hope this helps!
