Hip muscle weakness: The neuropathy has not caused the lateral deviation In the foot placement. This is typically a hip,muscle weakness. You should be in a better shoe,to,accommodate the hammer toes, or see a podiatrist to determine if foot reconstruction is needed for these multiple maladies
