Could having an embolization (uterine artery, i guess) work on/help with endometriosis-related pain?

Consider options: Embolization is not a standard treatment. Most treatments are aimed at removing the endometriosis (surgery) or thinning its growth (medical). Medical options include continuous birth control pills, progesterone, and lupron (leuprolide). These are more common to treat pain. Surgery is usually laparoscopic and removal of endo is better than cautery of endo. Surgery is more helpful for fertility.
