Depends: If one large fibroid and serosal in location( on the surface) with a narrow stalk then myomectomy. If multiple with different locations then ufe. If desires pregnancy then either since ufe not proven in patients who can't get pregnant because of a fibriod. Ufe is minimally invasive.
