Unclear Q: If you mean allowing your or loved one's tissues to be used, it is a way for person to "live on," save a life (or some estimates up to 14 if "everything" donated & used), find a + in a loss...There is no real downside other than few religious concerns regarding being "intact"--but not common. Often more fear / overwhelming at time need answer, so should be discussed in advance.
