Conjunctivitis ?: Hard to tell without a visual exam. Can be conjunctivitis or an allergic response. Have an eye specialist take a look.

Conjunctiva: The conjunctiva covers the white part o your eye. If it looks filmy, it could just be a reflection of dry eyes, or the tissue could be excessive or swollen. You can otc artificial tears 4x/day. If there is no improvement, see you eye md.
