I have pressure inside the skull and went in for emergency brain surgery but what happens afterwards?

Recovery: There will be a period of recovery, with or without rehab depending on how the pressure & surgery affected you. You might need any of various therapies (speech, PT, OT, etc.). Walking is good, if you are able. The trick is to start slow & build, always pushing yourself that little bit extra. Ask you doc if referral to a rehab doc would help (it's likely already in the works if it will). Good luck.

Neurosurgery: Hopefully the brain surgery you underwent relieved the causes of your pressures. If the pressure has been relieved and you are doing well there hopefully will be no future issues.
