Hand problem: This requires evaluation by a physician and may be the result of many things, including trauma, infection, gout, or other arthritic conditions. Particularly if this is your dominant hand, you need an examination, and there is no "self cure" or other "healing. If the problem appears to be tendon sheath related, a hand surgeon should be consulted.
