the tendons in my left wrist are really stiff and hurts to make a fist, and when i do 3 of my fingers go numb. any opinions on what might be wrong?

Could be a giant-: -cell tumor of the flexor tendons & when you flex it is pulled beneath the transverse dorsal carpal ligament, causing pressure on the
median nerve, and you get carpal symptoms.
