The first line of: Treatment should be evaluation by a sports medicine doc or orthopaedist. Dislocation can often cause the fracture and labral tear. Therapy can help if it has only dislocated once. If your shoulder is coming out of joint to the point where it has to be physically reduced back into place, therapy wont help and you are likely going to require a shoulder stabilization procedure
