How do i get care from my doctor during off hours if i have not seen him for over a year?

If you've missed: Appointemnts, you can't expect your doctor to take interest in off hours when you don't appear during regular hours. Depending on what your needs are (refills, form filled out for work versus ear ache, cold sore throat), i'd refer you to an urgent care facility (not an er). A doctor-patient relationship is mutual, not at your convenience and at the doc's inconvenience.
