Hello. : Hello. I am assuming by fixed you mean you had a tubal ligation. Well, it is past time to get seen. You may be perimenopausal which can change the period. However, you are risk of becoming anemic due to heavy and frequent bleeding. Please see a gynecologist soon to find out the cause of these symptoms.
