Your pediatrician: Knows your child has impaired mobility &/or hand use to to have referred her to a neurologist & orthopedist. If she didn't get a thorough physical & neurological exam for genetic & other medical causes, an MRI of the brain, & possibly an eeg, she needs to see a developmental/behavioral pediatrician, a (2nd)'child neurologist, pede ophthalmologist & enroll in early intervention for therapy.
