List the types of information that you would expect to obtain from assisted living elder care plan?

Write them down: Is it non-profit or for profit corporation? Is it 24 hours nursing staff availability on site? Is it a good record of deficency free or complaint free from department of health? Is it secure for dementia/non dementia individuals? What level of care is needed for the loved ones? Is any of physician available on site? A nurse needs a full assessment before admitting to alf along with physician form.
