With the slip or: After correction? While you have the scfe, it would be painful to play with it but, surprisingly, not unheard of. After correction, yes, someone could play soccer after it is corrected and heals.

Depends: If no complication such as leg length discrepancy, avascular necrosis, may be able to play soccer. You should ask orthopod doing surgery for limitations and restrictions.
