Ice today,: heat starting 24 hours later. I would not play tomorrow or perhaps for the next week to be sure. If the pain persists beyond that you might need investigation for ligamentous injury, i.e. MRI scan.

Rest your ankle: Apply ice and use an elastic ankle wrap to control swelling during the day. Elevate your ankle during the day.

Absolutely.: Beside ice it , take rest, do compression on it and elevate it. You need to look beyond tomorrow for healing. You can not play tomorrow. If does not get better see your doctor.

Get evaluated: You should get an evaluation by your local Podiatrist. You might need some physical therapy, especially if you want to continue playing. Ankle instability can develop if nothing is done.
