Sleepiness: Sleep deprivation (not getting enough time in bed) leads to daytime sleepiness and fatigue, with difficulty staying awake during the day. It also caused decrease in concentration and memory. 7-8 hours of sleep every night is necessary for most people, but most people no longer get it and are chronically sleep deprived.
