Please help! what is the difference between liposuction and smart lipo?

The laser: There are many laser liposuction procedures with many different lasers. You are awake. The local anesthetic insures you are numb. Then the laser liquefies the fat and the doctor then removes the fat with the cannula. The laser tightens the skin as well. In regular liposuction the cannula traumatizes the fat and removes it. There is more pain, bruising, and recovery. Skin is not tightened.
