Get help: If you do intense aerobic workout and watch your diet, you will lose fat, period. If you do resistance training with maximum weight (3 sets of 10 3x/week/group), you will gain mass depending on your genetics, creatine may help. If you are not really sore and feel worn out and that you've done something hard each time you attend the gym, then up your intensity and you will see benefits.
