A slightly abnormal blood test result should never be interpreted out of clinical context and your pediatrician would be best to explain it in proper context.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your hemoglobin level is normal, you may ignore this. Wish you good health!
