Nothing: You don't say how long the diarrhea has been going on. Most of the time, diarrhea in a toddler is due to a virus and lasts just a few days. Make sure to maintain fluid intake. Sometimes stopping dairy for a few days helps. The frequency of stools will improve before the stools become firm. Medications do not help make recovery faster.
