Hopefully nothing: Good news. Even large simple asymptomatic kidney cysts do not require any treatment. Only need 2B treated if it is causing pain or causing any obstruction. If so, can easily be managed by minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical unroofing of cyst. Probably worth getting a kidney ultrasound after 6-12 months 2c if there has been any change if surgery, as in most cases isn't required.
