3 months +: First you have to heal the fracture(s) (6-8 weeks) then regain your motion and strength, followed by balance. Physical therapy will help and guide to when exactly you are able to return. Remember:crawl before you walk, walk before you run, run before you cut and jump, then expose yourself to the uncertainties of a contact runnin/cutting sport.
