Unusual symptom: If the vision is suddenly becoming all white then you should have an eye exam immediately to rule out a vision threatening problem or a vascular occlusion to the retina or optic nerve. Sometimes serious medical conditions can cause this as well. An eye exam with an ophthalmologist is a good start, but if the symptoms of visual loss are persistent, go to an ER.
