Vision blur: It is difficult to say for sure but blurry vision upon awakening can be from ocular dryness, chemical residue (artificial tear ointment, facial/eyelid creams), oral antihistamine &/or decongestants may be attributed to blurry vision in general. Absence of pain is good but sometimes not always a safe indicator. Blood sugar fluctuations can similarly affect vision (low or high). An exam is useful.

Don't be scared: I sure there is a good explanation that does not include eye damage. If it doesn't clear up on its own in an hour go to urgent care and they will get you fixed up.
