Many: Any odontogenic, non-odontogenic, benign or malignant tumor can cause bone resorption of the jaw. You need to see an oral ; maxillofacial surgeon to have appropriate x-rays done and more than likely a biopsy to determine exactly what the problem is and what treatment you need.
