Have it evaluated.: Pain may be due to fracture, sprains, arthritis, muscle, nerve or tendon injuries. Have the foot evaluated sooner so that you may get the appropriate care. Treatment depends on the right diagnosis. Try to rest and elevate the foot in the meantime.
