My child has been suffering of eczema on her feet. do you have a fast cure?

Fast? No.: Unfortunately, i don't even have a cure. But a mid-strength corticosteroid cream that's been approved for use by children will control it in most cases. Most kids outgrow their eczema, but there is no way to predict how long that will take.

Another thought: There is a condition called juvenile plantar dermatosis which may be associated with repeated wet and dry cycles to skin of feet (lots of sweating and drying) that can cause cracking and peeling. In addition to dr. Eastern's recommendations, you will want to try to keep the feet dry. If no cracks are present, you can try topical antiperspirant called certain dry otc, but will burn if open skin.
