Rarer : Most fatty tumors such as lipomas are benign and very common. The liposarcoma is a malignant version and has to be evaluated by an oncologist to determine what your treatment options are. Liposacroms are not nearly as common as basic lipomas.

I have 95kg,1.60cm hight, 50yrs. I have 2 growths on my thigh above the knee, both of about 12 cm. On a colored dopler they told me that I have non-encapsulated non-vascularized fatty tissue. What happens in the future with such growths? Liposarcoma?
