No: No, they cannot. Craze lines are caused by by teeth hitting against teeth.

Trauma: Craze lines caused by trauma such as teeth not meeting properly (malocclusion), grinding or clenching, chewing in ice or hard candy, gnawing on bones, biting pencils or pens, biting finger nails, etc. May need orthodontic rx followed by restorative rx. Ask your dentist. Veneers may be in your future.

No: Craze line are casued by trauma from other teeth, biting in the wrong way , or eating hard and chewey food

No, But....: Whitening the teeth may make them more obvious to the naked eye. Likely, these craze lines were present for a long time, but as the teeth lightened from bleaching the contrast between the darker craze line and the tooth structure became more apparent.
