It should: Most of the time the sensitivity is transient and will subside in a day or two. Speak to your dentist if you are suffering.

Maybe: The tooth sensitivity may be caused by something other than the whitening procedure. Tooth decay present in the mouth may cause symptoms of sensitivity especially during whitening procedures.
