Please help? how is the long-term health of teeth that have undergone occlusal adjustment?

Better than before: If done correctly and with minimal, but necessary adjustment, the teeth should remain healthy and most likely better, than had you not done the adjustment, as teeth that do not meet correctly are more prone to problems.

Improvement: It's difenatly an improvement to a better dental health , by correctly destributing mastication forces evenly on teeth and dental apprartus all together..

Much Better: Bone loss around teeth is minimized when the bite is equalized and a large factor in early tooth loss is being reduced when teeth are equilibrated. Any adjustment in a careful equilibration is very limited to fractions of a millimeter within the enamel layer of tooth structure.
