Allergic rhinitis: unfortunately 7 out of 10 Americans have different degrees of allergic Rhinitis, called commonly hay fever. It is allergy to ragweed, mites, pollen et, it looks like while you asleep it gets accumulated in the nasopharyngeal areas. When awake you , by gravity it comes more down and is spit out. so far we have no cure, but there are a lot of remedies my favorite is simple sinus lavage. see ur PCP
