Is it normal to feel lightheaded with covid on day 5. i know my head is still congested but i cant get it to come out? my ears crackling and itchy. i cant use decongestants. what else can i do?

Make sure you are not dehydrated and you can use antihistamine such as allegra + steroid inhaler nasonex, both OTC products instead of decongestant. The inner ear problem can cause dizziness or vertigo and you may confuse with lightheadedness which is caused by low blood pressure when changing position due to low volume.
