A member asked:

I had open heart surgery. can i still have children later?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

In general, yes: Having your heart operated on, by itself, does not affect the ability to have children. Specific medications, like coumadin, (warfarin) or your particular heart condition, may affect this however. It is best to talk to your physician for specifics.
