Pleurodesis: Need evaluation to pinpoint source. May be damage to lymphatic system that may respond to sclerosis of pleural cavity, or may need to consider thoracoscopic evaluation and treatment. Would seek evaluation from cardiac surgeon first or get referral to thoracic surgeon from he or she.
