See your ORS: Assuming you had arthroscopic "all- inside" meniscus repair. You should be walking with crutches( or walker) 1 wk. Post-op. Some surgeons 'protect' the meniscus w/ 'toe - touch' weight bearing on the affected extremity for 3-6 wks.Post-op after meniscal repair.I let my patients weight bear as tolerated immediately ( surgeon preference ).In any event you should be up walking! contact your ors. Gl!
