Uric acid of 400: The normal uric acid (u) range is 180-420 umol/liter or 3-7 mg/dl. Your u is within normal limits. U is becoming known as a risk factor for cardiovascular disease and many people have an elevated u without symptoms. Speak to your physician to get his opinion about the u results you are asking about.
