Depends: Do you have gout? Does it run in your family? If both answers no, then not a lot to worry about unless crazy-high value (that's a medical term). If yes to either or both questions, then should talk to your dr, as can predispose to gout flares / make them worse.

High uric acid: Can cause gout and kidney stones and participate in vascular disease. And avoid alcohol, animal fats, organ meats, anchovies, sardines, tuna, salmon, and shellfish. Limit other meats to 4 oz per day. Avoid high fructose corn syrup containing drinks and foods. Add egg whites, quinoa, soy as protein. Citrus fruits help. Nuts are good. Get the value below 6
