Good Question: You will need to personally see your dentist, an oral surgeon or ENT specialist to diagnose what type of sores you get. This will determine possible prevention or palliative treatment.

Good ?: However acidic foods are often considered triggers for canker sores. However no one has come up with a reason for these sores although strep mutan , a normal oral flora , may be an issue.
